Homemade Salsa

My parents gave us a whole bunch of cherry tomatoes last weekend when we went to visit them and I thought what better way to use them up then to make homemade salsa!!! It should probably be called Pico de Gallo since it is more chunky than saucy, but what ever you call it, it tastes GREAT.

To make it just chop up a bunch of tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro. Add some minced garlic, finely chopped jalapeno, salt and pepper, and the juice of one lime. Mix it all up and serve with chips or on your favorite Mexican food. We all loved it.
