Ethan is 2!

For the last week or two anytime we would ask Ethan what he wanted for his birthday he would say cake so here is a picture of him with his dinosaur cake. He is so funny he sang the happy birthday song right along with us only pausing half way through to blow out one of his candles. He didn't blow out the second one until the end of the song though.

    I love that cake! It is awesome! Oh girl! Thank you for emailing me about the jambalya! That is so awesome. It just puts a huge smile on my face when
    someone likes one of my dishes! That is what this blog is all about- sharing
    my meals so you can enjoy them too! Jambalya is such a easy and versatile
    dish. You can really put anything you want it in next time- like make it all
    seafood or all meat. I have even put pork in it before. Anyway, I hope you
